This prestigious Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 16% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 80%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards small hilly vineyard in Medana, in Kozlink area from Goriska Brda. Cultivation according to the organic and biodynamic principles. Vinification: pressing, maceration for 12 days on the skins with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation on the skins thanks to the indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 18 months in new barriques. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
