This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 16% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on a hill at 200 meters above sea level, East exposure, age of the vineyards varies from 15 to 30 years, the yield is about 80 quintals per hectare. Vinification: selection of grapes and drying in the sun on caned boards called 'arelle' for at least 4 months, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and malolactic fermentation in wood.
