Tasting Notes

Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Pajé cru, from vines that are more than 50 years old, in a soil rich in calcareous marl. Vinification: fermentation in wooden vats with only indigenous yeasts for 10 days, followed by the ancient maceration technique of splinting submerged cap for 70-90 days.
