Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35 years old vines in the cru called Cannubi Boschis. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and with maceration for 12 days in open steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in French big oak barrels, new for the 25%.
