Tasting Notes

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 10.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines at 250/350 mt above sea level faced to south-east, rooted in a marny clayey soil. Organic farming. Vinification: prissing and de-stemming, maceration on the skins for 6 days, static decantation, spontaneous fermentation in steel vats, on yeasts for 5 months, bottling with the addition of unfermented must and natural fermentation in bottle for 3 months.
