This Fiano di Avellino DOCG stands as a benchmark for Campania's highest quality classification. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old vines at 400 metres above sea level on clayey and calcareous soils with South-West exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 24 months in steel vats, 10% of the mass in barrique and 6 months in bottle. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
Volcanic soils around Vesuvius give Campania wines a distinctive mineral intensity.
