Cold maceration for 24 hours and spontaneaous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in big French oak barrels
Aging
8 months in new barrels for 25% and the rest in steel. Then at least 4 months in the bottle
Grape varieties
30% Syrah, the remaining part is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot
