Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from 30% Syrah, the remaining part is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards manual harvest in small boxes. The 5% of the grapes is attacked by Noble Rot, Botrytis Cinerea. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours and spontaneaous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in big French oak barrels. The wine is aged 8 months in new barrels for 25% and the rest in steel. Then at least 4 months in the bottle. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
