Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in pyramidal concrete vats with maceration on the skins for about 40 days. Malolactic fermentation in the same concrete vats. Without filtrations. The wine is aged some months on the lees in pyramidal concrete vats. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
