Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of more than 40 years cultivated over 600 metres of altitude on volcanic soils of Etna. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in epoxy tanks with long contact with the skins for 60 days till malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in resin vats of 1500 a 2500 litres. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
