Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fiano 90%, Santa Sofia 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines in a clayey calcareous soil. Vinification: stemming and slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in earthenware amphorae from 250 liters calls 'quartare' for 60-90 days. Without filtration and with minimum amount of sulfites. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
