This Roero DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Arneis 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards differents parcels, on sandy soils with steep slopes. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with maceration (50%) and only juice (50%) and malolactic in steel and in cocrete vats. Unfiltered and unclarified. The wine is aged at least 10 months in concrete tanks then 6 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
