Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Roero DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards le Coste cru in Santo Stefano Roero on sandy soils with steep slopes. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with 20 days of maceration (emerged and submerged cap) in steel vats. The wine is aged 14 months in used tonneau of 500 l and 6 months in steel vats then 1 year in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
