Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Albana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines cultivated according to the Guyot system in hilly sandy soil faced to South Est. Many harvests to pick up only the ripe grapes. Vinification: separated fermentation for different harvests with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and maceration on the skins for about 24 hours. Final blending after fermentations. The wine is aged at least 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
