Crafted from Caprettone 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the National Park of Vesuvius in the area of Alto Tirone from vines of about 15-25 years located at 350 meters above sea level on volcanic soil rich in potassium. Vinification: cryomaceration in silos, fermentation for 18/24 days and second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 30 months on the lees.
