This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 25%, Oseleta 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Negrar, on soils rich in limestone and clay. Vinification: fermentation in September/October, then second fermentation on the skins of Amarone with the traditional method of "Ripasso" for about 14 days. The wine is aged at least 36 months in oak casks, then 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
