A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina veronese 70%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara and others local grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane e Negrar cultivated with pergola system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with control temperature, in february second fermentation on Amarone grape marc and malolactic in vitrified concrete tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels of 20 hl. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
