A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: fermentations in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days, with Ripasso method on the Amarone pomace for 30 days. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels and in barriques and some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
