Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultuvated according to the Guyot system at 280 m above sea level, faced to South East. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: destemming, pressing, maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 30 hl concrete vats for 2-3 weeks. Without filtrations with minum adding of sulphites for a miximum of 30 mg/l. The wine is aged at least 12 months in big oak barrels from Allier, about 2 months in concrete vats and at least 6 in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
