Crafted from Malvasia di Candia 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a vineyard in the municipality of Controguerra at 285 meters above sea level on land rich in sand and silt. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels, with maceration for 2 weeks. Without filtrations and without added sulphites during vinification.
