Hailing from Umbria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sangiovese 70%, Montepulciano 15%, Sagrantino 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hilly terrain of the "Gobba" vineyards at 220 meters a.s.l.l with North-East exposure, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic agriculture. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins with its own yeasts for 10 days in steel. No clarification or filtration. The wine is aged 18 months in steel tanks and another 6 months in the bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
