Crafted from Sagrantino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly clayey soil, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and with a maceration prolonged maceration on the skins for 10 days after fermentation. Then soft pressing.
