This distinctive wine from Umbria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero, Sangiovese , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards several parcels from vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga, 300/400 meters above sea level, south-east and west exposure on tufaceous limestone soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with lowering temperatures to stop fermentation, blend with reserve wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 42 months on the lees. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
