The fruit is sourced from vineyards several parcels from vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga, 300/400 meters above sea level, south-east and west exposure on tufaceous limestone soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with lowering temperatures to stop fermentation, blend with reserve wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 42 months on the lees. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
