This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 35%, Cabernet Franc 35%, Merlot 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hilly slopes of the Adige river, on clayey-limestone soils. Vinification: maceration in contact with the skins for about 14 days. The wine is aged 18 months in oak barriques. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
