Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of more than 70 years, from the vineyard Tassarola, cultivated with biodynamic agriculture. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins in wooden barrels for 9 months. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique of first and second passage.
