The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of more than 70 years, from the vineyard Tassarola, cultivated with biodynamic agriculture. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins in wooden barrels for 9 months. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique of first and second passage.
