Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Alta Langa DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from two parcels from Chavot village, with over 30 years old vines: Les Chemins d’Epernay et les Rouges Maisons. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
