This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Noir 85%, Chardonnay 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards farms at 450 metres above sea level on calcareous-clay soils. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
