Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Alta Langa DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Pinot Nero 60%, Chardonnay 40% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soils at 750 metres above sea level from Serravalle Langhe. Vinification: sparkling wine produced with second fermentation in bottle according to the SoloUva Method, using only grape juice without addition of exogenous sugar. The wine is aged 30 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
