The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines on soils with clayey and calcareous marl at an altitude of 270/430 meters. Vinification: soft pressing, first fermentation at controlled temperature and refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method. The wine is aged at least 48 months on the lees. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
