This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards farms at 450 metres above sea level on calcareous-clay soils. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
