Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 16% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in hilly gravelly soils between 240 and 350 metres above sea level, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats, with maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 2 months in oak barrels.
