This prestigious Offida DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at least 20 years old on medium-textured clayey to calcareous soil, south and south/west facing. Organic cultivation and yield of 50 quintals per hectare. Vinification: destemming and crushing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and subsequent maceration for 7 days, racking and racking in barrique. The wine is aged 24 months in barrique.
