The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250 meters above sea level with east and north-east exposure on medium-textured clay soils overlooking the sea. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temeprature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks on the lees.
