Crafted from Vermentino 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more over than 40 years old vines located on terraces South facing. Yield per hectare of 50 quintals. Biodynamic agricolture. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in open vats for 8 months with contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in barriques and at least 6 months in bottle.
