The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Terzigno (Vigna La Rotonda) at 250-350 meters above sea level, on sandy and volcanic soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in amphorae with maceration on the skins for 21 days. The wine is aged 70% in steel for 8 months, 30% in amphora for 4 months and in steel for the remaining 4 months.
