Crafted from Tai Bianco 60% and Sauvignon 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Breganze hills on volcanic origin soils rich in gravel. Vinification: cold maceration for 2 days, light pressure and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
