The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes for I Domi vineyards at 300 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-West. Organic farming. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 15 days. The wine is aged 12 months in big French oak barrels. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
