Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 25% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 60%, Canaiolo 20% and Malvasia Bianca 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards little vineyard in Fornace village (Chianti Rufina) at 200 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing of dried grapes and alcoholic fermentation with static decantation in little barrels of 100 l. The wine is aged 8 years in little chestnut and oak barrels and 14 months in bottle. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
