Crafted from Chenin Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on sandy and silty soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in wood and 6 months in steel tanks.
