Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Friulano 50%, Pinot Bianco 20%, Sauvignon 20%, Pinot Grigio 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site on clayey soils with marls. Yield per hectare to 60 quintals. Vinification: soft pressing, decantation in the absence of sulfur, alcoholic fermentation for 10-12 days in steel vats. The wine is aged 8 months in steel vats. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
