A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Bolgheri DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 70%, Sauvignon 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines. Vinification: soft pressing, decantation for 2-3 days and alcoholic fermentation at least for 1 month in steel vats. No clarification before bottling. The wine is aged in steel vats on the lees for 6 months. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
