Crafted from Croatina 50%, Bonarda Pignolo (antica varietà di Croatina) 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60 years old vines rooted in a hilly soil faced to south-east. Vinification: fermentations in steel vats for 100 days. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
