Crafted from Bovale Grande 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Marrubiu-Terralba from free-living saplings over 90 years old, rooted in sandy soil. Vinification: pressing and destemming, fermentation in steel vats with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature and maceration for 7 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats andin old barriques. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
