This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cabernet Franc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on screws 20-60 years of age, on rich marl sandstones, copper and sulfur, at an altitude between 175 and 300 m. above sea level. Vinification: maceration in steel for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques of second pass. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
