Crafted from Uva di Troia, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Bombino Bianco, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on calcareous soil, at 300metres of altitude, with Guyot method. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for seven days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
