A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey-sandy soils of calcareous and basaltic origin cultivated according to biodynamic regime. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and about 25 days in contact with the peels. The wine is aged at least 8 months in amphorae. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
