Crafted from Cannonau di Mamoiada 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards bush-trained. Yields per hectare of 50 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days. Unfiltered. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrel. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
