This Cannonau di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigne thirty years of age, loamy soil, at an altitude of 200-220 m. above sea level. exposed to the South. Vinification: maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for 8/10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in oak barrels, 6 months in steel tanks, then at least 3 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
