This exceptional Cannonau di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the small plots of the Alghero coast on sandy and warm soil with exposure to the south-east. Vinification: pre-maceration at cold temperature and alcoholic fermentation with the contact with the skins. The wine is aged 12 months big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
