This Cannonau di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: destemming and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels for 15 days. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats and 12 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
