This exceptional Cannonau di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on sandy and granite soils at 250 meters above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation of stainless steel grapes at controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months in stainless steel on the fine lees.
